Training and experience
Kim is a Consultant Leadership Coach for London Business School working with MIM, MBA, EMBA and Sloan students. Additionally, she works at The London School of Economics and the University of Reading Career Services and with clients at all stages of their career journey at CareersInsight. At LSE, she also coaches on the Global MiM programme and the Trium EMBA programme working with executives in career transition. Kim has delivered workshops and webinars on a variety of career topics for LBS, the University of London International Programmes, LSE summer school and LSE Custom programmes as well as Skillfluence, a training company that provides transferable skills training to Academics. She is quoted in several books and articles for her experience in the careers domain and has presented a Guardian Masterclass on Personal Branding during “The one day MBA”.
Kim is qualified to deliver multiple psychometric assessments including MBTI and personality instruments such as the NEO 5 Step and 16 PF. Kim also has significant experience delivering 360 feedback reports.
Kim has an Honours degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Education and an MSc in Career Management and Coaching. She is a CCS accredited Career Coach and qualified to deliver the Balance Career support programme. She gained the Chartered Management Institute Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership while working at London Business School. Kim completed “Strategy on a Page training” with Business Growth International which focusses on developing sound business leaders with clearly articulated values and strategy. Kim is also accredited “Mental Health Aware”, having recently undertaken a training course with the MHFA.
