Career Coaching

It doesn’t matter how far up the career ladder you’ve progressed, sometimes careers can just stall. You might need help in identifying the issues that are impeding your progress. Or you might need assistance in meeting new challenges. Careers Insight offers one-to-one Career Coaching to help you set and achieve realistic goals that will make your career move.

We can work together on issues such as:

  • Career transition
  • Improving communication with colleagues
  • Enhancing performance
  • Managing change
  • Dealing with conflict
  • Developing leadership skills
  • Building an effective team.

“I found Kim’s coaching very helpful when considering my options after the MBA.  She listened well and gave me the opportunity to explore my thoughts, but she also pointed out inconsistencies in my thinking and gave me a fresh perspective.  I found her to be thoughtful, engaged, perceptive and knowledgeable.  I would highly recommend her.”  MBA 2011, London Business School

Sometimes using Psychometric assessments can help you set goals by identifying your strengths and weaknesses as well as your career motivators. Employers often use these types of tests as part of their recruitment process and in Graduate Assessment Centres. Psychometric tests can reveal how well you perform certain tasks or give you a deeper insight into your personality by revealing patterns of behaviour.

Kim is qualified to deliver multiple psychometric assessments including MBTI, the Work Interests Schedule and personality instruments such as NEO and 16 PF. These instruments can help a client focus on self-assessment and look more critically at their own strengths when considering career choices.

By helping you understand more about yourself, Careers Insight can help make your career move.

“Kim is a brilliant career coach. She has the capacity to listen to and challenge you at the same time. She pushes you to explore your motivations and reflect on your aspirations. Her coaching helped me make a confident decision about my next career move.”  MBA 2009, London Business School
